Privacy Policy

What We Collect

We do not collect personal information and we do not send any app data to our servers. The app does not require an account or login and contains no ads or third‑party tracking SDKs.

Specifically, we do NOT:

• Send gameplay or profile data to our servers
• Use advertising IDs, ad networks, or cross‑app tracking
• Collect names, email addresses, birthdates, photos, contacts, or precise location
• Sell data or use personalized advertising

On‑Device Storage

Your data (e.g., settings and progress) is stored locally on your device. For the app, this lives in the app’s private storage. For the web experience, this may use your browser’s local storage. This data does not leave your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud for the app, Apple’s iCloud service may sync your app data between your devices signed in with your Apple ID. This sync is managed by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy policies. We cannot access your iCloud data. You can turn iCloud on or off for the app in iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud.

Network Connections

The app does not communicate with our servers. Network activity is limited to platform services such as iCloud sync (if enabled) and App Store updates. If you opted in at the OS level to “Share with App Developers,” Apple may send us aggregated, anonymized crash reports; we do not receive information that identifies a child.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our products are built for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child contacts us through a support channel, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us instead. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tinylittlefox.com and we will delete it.

Third‑Party Links

We avoid external links within the app. If you follow a link from our website (e.g., to our fundraiser), that site has its own privacy policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

You control your data. To remove data on a device, delete the app (mobile) or clear site data (web). To remove data from iCloud, disable iCloud for the app in Settings and remove the app’s data from iCloud storage.
